Never Changing

God NEVER changes.
Your circumstances change, people change, you change, but the Living God never, ever changes.
Let that sink in for a moment. No, really, let that sink in. Consider your trouble, your challenges and those overwhelming changes you might be facing and tell yourself, "God NEVER changes."
It's what I'm declaring and believing as I face some changes that I don't want and some other changes that are proving difficult to make. I'm reminding myself repeatedly that although change is scary and often unwelcome, the God who sustains everything is always faithful and never changing.
I hope that encourages you as you face difficult changes. It definitely ministers to me. I'll leave you with this verse (tape it to your mirror or something!!):
"Whatever is good and perfect comes down to us from God our Father, who created all the lights in the heavens. He never changes or casts a shifting shadow." James 1:17
