“On Saturday, he ate through one piece of
chocolate cake, one ice-cream cone, one pickle, one slice of Swiss cheese, one
slice of salami, one lollipop, one piece of cherry pie, one sausage, one
cupcake, and one slice of watermelon.
That night he had a stomachache.
That night he had a stomachache.
The next day was Sunday again.
The caterpillar ate through one nice green
leaf, and after that he felt much better.”
Adaptation, by Katie Pickard…
“On Saturday, she ate through one piece of
covetousness, one guilt trip, one regret, one slice of worry, one slice of
anxiety, one financial hardship, one savory disappointment, one negative
outlook, one rotten attitude, and one slice of hopelessness.
That night she had a heartache.
The next day was Sunday again.
The gal ate through one nice big serving of
GRATITUDE, and after that she felt much better.”
Moral of the story?
Eat what strengthens you.
That
is all.
